...See more A few months ago I was feeling lonely and more depressed than usual. I cried that night and it was the third time in that one week. I'd considered talking to my friends but I decided against it. Then an idea popped in my mind; go onto google. I actualy laughed a little as I typed & searched "I need some one to talk too" on google. The first result was 7 cups. I clicked on the link, read a few lines from the main page and closed the site. "This is stupid," I thought, "how will strangers help me; I need friends." I went through the same cycle of saddness, crying, putting myself down blah blah blah. But about 3 weeks ago I snapped. I was home-alone and I couldn't bare it. Everything just came out, every emotion I'd bottled up came out. And then again I thought about going on google again. I searched for 7 cups. And since then I've never felt alone or sad. I found happiness through helping others. Just by talking to other people and helping them, I helped myself too.
