Hello! I'm glad you've found me on 7 Cups. Everyone goes through bad times and for me, it was no different. I went through some really bad days. So, I know exactly how you feel. Maybe it makes you feel like you're alone and I know it can be really difficult going through something that big all by yourself. However, it does get better, trust me, It does! That being said, you can talk to me about anything and everything that's bothering you or even to make small casual talks. I would like to talk to you if you're going through a rough phase in life and would be more than happy to guide you through it. I've overcome a lot in life and would like to help by listening to you. ...See more I was going through a bad break or literally struggling with it. Was looking for help or just wanted to talk with someone about how I was feeling and let it all out. That's when someone suggested to try this site and at first, I thought it wouldn't be of much help. But, when I joined I came across some really amazing listeners and they tried their best to make me feel better. After a while, I decided to join in as a listener as well and reciprocate the help I got by helping other people. It's going to be almost a month now and It's been a really great experience so far.

I appreciated that i was given a lot of insight on how the other person involved might be thinking or feeling although it stung a little. In the endci felt better and had a practical reminder to relax and focus in things i love to do verses on the other person in the situation. I needed a reminder robrelax. Thank you!
