Sometimes life is hard. But that is life. Life is not easy nor does it come with a map or instructions on how it is too make things better. Running away from your issues will not make them go away. It will just make them more known too you. Being realistic about life ups and down will allow you too be have expectation for healthy and positive coping mechanisms.
