...See more I had or well still have anxiety and everyone who has experienced it knows the struggle and constant battle. It drove me crazy and I thought it made me weak or vulnerable and it just held me back for a having a shot at normal happy life, but I was determined to get better and I did through sheer will and developing a positive mindset and just accepting it really by not running away from it. I want to hear about your story and your struggle and see if I can help with it because i was very fortunate to be able to understand and find ways to deal with it because the anxiety is still there but it doesnt rule my life anymore. I personally feel more confident so i want to see if i can help others with it. Feel free to drop me a message and we can talk about it and just maybe i can help make you feel a little bit better
