The listener was extremely helpful and asked realistic questions on the situation I presented. It was a logical conversation, however at the same time it showed a lot of empathy and validation. In the end, I felt like there was a solution and it wasn't as hopeless as I'd already thought of the situation. The best part is that he actually listens and cares about how you are feeling and shows genuine follow through. I'm sure he adds value to this place! :)
