Hi, I'm Joe!
I've been in and out of therapy myself for going on 7 years, and I'm beginning my path to becoming a mental health professional! I have learned a lot about managing my own anxiety and depression as I have transitioned into The Real World TM, and I hope to be able to help others on their own paths. If there's one thing I undervalued in previous years, it's community, so I am here to be a part of one, for anyone who needs it. It's easier to face life's challenges together.
