I'm a listener who just got back on 7 cups after a few years, but with quite a bit of experience outside of here.
Keep in mind I can't be the one to help you directly, but I can help you in trying to help yourself, and provide some support for you when you need it most. I feel like that can be a lot more long-term than what I can ever do for you, and certainly healthier, as long as you feel ready to move forward with things.

Here's something about me:
I like computer science and general sciences - especially physics. I find it interesting how little we know about our universe. I also like swimming, taekwondo, music, and games. I used to play the piano, and I currently suck at guitar. I also used to be in a swimming team, soccer team and a volleyball team, among others. Now I just frequent a gym. Physical activity is always a good stress reliever! Oh, and, I also watch anime.
